  Class times Tuesday Thursday Saturday 1800 1800 1000am

This programme covers all the basic martial arts skills, 18 blocks, kicks and strikes. Teaching complete self defence both close and long range, it’s a complete physical conditioning programme developing your cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and muscular strength.
