Black Belt Martial Arts Academy is a purpose built martial arts training centre based in, Rainham, Gillingham, Our main program is for all the family (and you only pay for two people in your family) starting from the age of 5 + we have a school packed with people just like you training in our system so after mastering the basic 18 martial arts techniques progression can be made to the leadership program Which also provides skills for life training Black Belt Martial Arts is run by a group of instructors, who have been involved in the martial arts for many years, as well as having other trained black belts on hand, so students never have to worry about being coached by someone that has not had the full black belt experience that is needed to undertake coaching others. Our activities include a ladies only kickboxing program that has a comfortable and friendly feel and is for ladies of all abilities., we also run classes for 3 to 5 years old concentrating on fitness and life skills we offer Martial Arts, Grappling a type of ju-jitsu Self Defence

Since the art is so comprehensive, a person proficient in ju-jitsu can cause his opponent pain or incapacitation without permanent injury.
